Premier TR34

The problem

Engineering data is dense — 3D meshes, live readings, report tables — and the people who need it are usually standing on a site, not sitting at a workstation. Desktop visualization tools don't travel, and static exports go stale the moment they are printed. The data had to become legible, interactive, and current on the device that actually goes to the field: the iPad.

What we built

Premier TR34 is a sophisticated iPad application for data visualization and analysis. 3D meshes are fully interactive — rotate, zoom, and inspect by touch — data is processed in real time rather than loaded from stale exports, and rich reporting and analysis tools mean a site visit ends with conclusions, not homework.

How it is built

The app is built iPad-first: 3D meshes render on the device and stay responsive under touch, which is what makes inspection feel like handling the model rather than paging through screenshots. Live data flows straight into the visualizations rather than arriving as exports, and reports are generated where the work happens — in the field, on the same screen — so the visualization, the numbers behind it, and the write-up never drift apart.

The result

Field teams read and interrogate engineering data on-site instead of round-tripping to a desktop, and the questions that used to wait for the office get answered while everyone is still standing in front of the thing being measured. Premier TR34 is part of the delivery record behind ISEMI's product work today: complex data, native performance, and an interface a non-specialist can hold in one hand.
